About Tatiana

Tatiana has remained dedicated to teaching throughout her career, working with students of all ages and skill levels. Her approach is supportive, inquisitive, and student-led. She takes pride in guiding her students to discover what sparks their curiosity, whether it's piano, voice, songwriting, or music production, and she helps them develop the skills necessary to bring their creative ideas to life. Tatiana believes that each student has a unique path, and her patient, tailored approach fosters a deep understanding of both the technical and artistic sides of music.

Tatiana began her musical journey at the age of five, playing classical piano. As she grew, she developed a deep love for singing and performing, which naturally led her to explore jazz. At 16, she moved to the United States on a full scholarship to study at the University of Miami, where she fully immersed herself in jazz. During college, Tatiana discovered her passion for teaching by tutoring younger students, sparking a lifelong dedication to both music and education.

After graduating, Tatiana moved to New York City, where she collaborated with notable musicians such as Daniel Platzman (drummer/composer), Michael Feinberg (jazz bassist, composer), and Jeff Berner (engineer/producer for Psychic TV). Her unique voice and creative collaborations caught the attention of NPR’s All Songs Considered, American Songwriter, WSJ, and WXPN. After seven years in NYC, Tatiana relocated to Los Angeles, where she transitioned into music production and songwriting, learning the intricacies of production, mixing, and editing on her own. This self-taught journey led to her signing with Secret Road, where her music was placed in projects such as Devil in Ohio, Grey’s Anatomy, Dynasty, Nightmare Alley, Nancy Drew, and more.

Tatiana’s journey also includes earning a scholarship in 2022 from We Are Moving The Needle, a nonprofit supporting women in the recording industry, to attend a week-long seminar in France with legendary mixing engineer Leslie Brathwaite. In 2024, she released her self-produced debut album, I Don’t Want to Be Afraid Anymore, a reflection of her personal and creative evolution.
